RecommendedI searched and asked around in healthcare for the best place for my grandmother, Joyce, when it was time for her to transition into assisted living. this environment is very clean stop is consistent there's not a high turnover when I can rest assure you that your loved one will be safe and deeply cared for
I'm a hospice nurse coming in to provide nursing care at this facility. I've always been impressed with the management and staff. Linda, Chasity and Chedar are always welcoming, engaging and professional. They show daily, their dedication to the residents that live here. The communication regarding needs, not just for the resident but also the families/staff is wonderful. The Qmaps and caregivers are in tune to the residents they care for. I always feel blessed when I get to visit Broadmoor Court.
Broadmoor Court is a step above the rest!! Excellent customer service and they truly take pride in each & every resident that resides with them. Staff is extremely caring and willing to go above and beyond to make their resident's feel at home. The layout of the building is warm and inviting, just like the care staff. It has been a true honor and pleasure serving such a fantastic group of elderly men & women!!
I am a nurse from Encompass Home Health and frequently visit patients here. As soon as I walk in the door, I am uplifted by spirited music, happy staff and happy resident's! Now this is the way all assisted living facilities should be, filled with love and laughter! Thank you Broadmoor Court for always allowing my face to smile, you are all GREAT! Keep up the good work!
