Maintenance is terrible every since I put in a work order they came & did nothing right & caused them to come 2weeks later. we had problems with our carpet, bathroom Floor, air, & refrigerator they took 3 weeks to get my air fixed. I have asthma I told them I coulda went to the hospital for the time they took it was a bad situation & for the inconvenience I wanted money off my rent cause I could’ve lost my life but I was told air is not mandatory so I couldn’t get anything off our rent but another resident had the same exact... read more
Please don’t move here !! Stayed here for 1 year in a half . The office manager you NEVER see . When I did see her she was VERY RUDE ! Two ladies in office was okay but wasn’t fair with my ending deposit amount . Charged for things that could not be controlled without much of an explaination . Parking was far away from the building . Car ports fell on residents cars & totaled them out . (This winter ) Building door never locked nor did the buzzer work .
