Went to a competitive next day showing for a Rental in May 2025. We liked it so much we offered more than the rent asked. Janna said she would get back to us but did not call us that night or respond to my next morning text asking if we should just apply. I called her and during the ringing of my call she texted me can she call me later. The property appears rented and she claims she was overwhelmed. Worst rental experience I've ever had. All other realtors I've dealt with in my life were responsive.
Poor choice of tenants. If you live next to one of their rentals you'll quickly see that they choose some of the worst people. They have no regard for the neighbors or the neighborhood.
