I love staying at broadmoor apartments because it is so quiet! The theatre room, gym and pool is great in the summertime and you can't beat the monthly events in the clubhouse
It ws a awsome feeling staying @ brodmoor. The leasing staff was friendly & very helpful. I stayed there for a year & to my knowledge i dint get a single chance to complain bout the services they provided. For society cleanliness i wuld rate them 10/10. If in future if i was to move des moines, i wont give a second thought to move in again @ broadmoor. It waa a excellent stay. I would highly recommend it. Thanks to all u guys thr!!
I searched all of Des Moines for an affordable, livable, and most importantly, safe place for me to call home after college and Broadmoor has ABSOLUTELY been it. My roommate and I have been here for 3 years and love it. The maintenance crew is very quick to respond to any requests, the staff are very friendly, and the complex as a whole puts on fun community events like BBQs and Sunday Fundays. PERFECT for a recent college grad. No complaints here. I love it!
