I had the pleasure of touring with Heather the leasing assistant manager. She has great customer service and very honest! She was very clear with explaining fees, upgrades etc.. and was very attentive to I was looking for!

Good afternoon, my wife and I are tenants at the Broadmoor apartments in Hamden Ct. I just wanted to take the time out and mention that this past Friday, we went to a Bingo night at the Broadmoor. We had a ball. We wanted to thank Candese, the property manager and her office staff Heather, Jessie and Julian. They did a great job. Plenty of food, snacks, deserts. I have heard that if residents leave 5 star reviews, they will receive a discount on rent. This is not how to fix things. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Living in this apartment complex was, hands down, the worst rental experience of my life. I stayed here for a year, and I would never recommend it to anyone. The management is negligent, unresponsive, and clearly has no regard for the comfort or safety of their tenants.
