I was extremely dissatisfied with the service I received on my AC units. I had reached out to schedule a cleaning appointment for my units, which were already in working condition and just needed their annual maintenance. However, the technician who arrived informed me that the capacitors needed to be replaced as they were not performing up to standard. He quoted me $300 per capacitor, which I found quite shocking.
