Dr Davis was amazing but her first year resident Dr lie needs to learn to listen to her patients. If I have to go to the urgent Care every time I need help with my medications then what's the point of seeing a doctor. It cost me a lot of money to see them on top of it making me go to urgent care. Outpatient behavioral health urgent Care is amazing. I will not be going here anymore
They dont actually help you and have so many hoops to jump through, so people that genuinely need help CANT get help. Or they tell you to go to the behavioral urgent care and sit all day in the hopes that someone will have time to see you. They would rather shove a pill that causes addiction down a patients throat than actually help and its so sad that a hospital/clinic that is supposed to help alienates the people they claim they care about.
Partner has been struggling for over 6 months and no help has been provided. Partner has asked for help repeatedly, begged and been dismissed multiple times. Dr actually said they think she's doing great and told her she needed less help. Don't go here. Also if you reschedule, the original appointment day is marked as you no showed and you are told that they "might just discharge you" even though you rescheduled well before your appointment time
