The absolute worst professionals work here. The ER nurse or PA, asked questions of which I answered about my hip being in pain and that’s what she put down as diagnosis. No use of any equipment such as X-ray, MRI or CT scan. Patients responses substituted actual medical examination. How much more incompetent could ER staff/physicians be. There was a scary scene too as bloodied patient, bed cuffed? was being wheeled around watched by DMPD. Smelled like death. I will NOT go back. Very professional but caring staff. Highly recommend. I was in the Emergency Room within 10 to 20 minutes of arriving. ED YOU HAVE A WONDERFUL TEAM! THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DID. I had to have breast surgery the next day. Everyone made me feel very special.
Everyone at Broadlawns Family Health Center is so kind and attentive. They really take the time to listen and help. Always a positive experience every visit!
