It's our 4 years living here, we love this place, wouldn't want to move anywhere else unless you are going to buy a house.
Extremely unprofessional staff with the exception of Carlos, the property manager.
I have been totally upset with this place since moveing in we have had 20 maintenance issue on file. Now with the snow removeal and the office telling me I have to shovel a parking space for myself its not in the lease agreement also carlos told me its not there responsibility either. Well I have contacted Virginia state Loudoun county Loudoun county police and now the zoneing board I will keep on till the snow is cleared if anyone else is feed up with this problem they should complaing to this agency too.All I can say is do... read more
Not happy with this place at all.. since I moved in here October we have had 20 maintenance issues on file. Now that it has snowed we were told we had to shovel our own spot which is not an assigned spot but you can borrow a shovel.. this is absurd.. The office staff is not nice at all.. when we first moved in and did our walk around the bathtub was dirty and they said very smart let me get my sparkle bucket out... who says that to new tenants.... if it let me put no stars I would be giving them a ZERO.. My family and I lived in this apartment complex for over 2 years and always kept the place meticulously clean and never had any pets. We had to move out to a more affordable place because we were going through some economical hardships. A month after we moved out I received a threatening letter from them claiming that we caused damages to the apartment. I was absolutely shocked since we returned the place back to them as we received it and nothing was broken. The letter stated that I'm going to be reported to collection agen... read more
I love this place! Not only is the community beautiful but the staff, which feel more like family, are phenomenal! They keep the property well maintained, always communicate well with the residents and not to mention host the best events. From brunch, to wine tastings, to Halloween parties, never a dull moment living here! If you're looking for the down home community feel and family lifestyle in apartment living you've found it!
Nice place. Very safe and regulated. Sometimes management gets a little over zealous.
