Based on my friends experience, I would NEVER live here. STAY AWAY!!!! They do so much illegal stuff it's a joke.
Just renewed my lease - I love this building! The location is literally perfect you’re right in the middle of everything, and it has a unique boutique-feel compared to other buildings in the area. Repairs are usually done by the next day and we just got new security entry technology which is a huge plus. All my neighbors are chill asf. Great place to live
I’ve lived at Broadcast for almost 5 years and, until January 2024, it was by far the best rental experience I’ve had. At the start of 2024, the building owners switched to a new property management company (Madrona) and the experience has taken a steep nose dive. Where we once had a very responsive onsite management team, now there MIGHT be someone in the office for a couple hours 1-2 days per week. There also used to be daily janitorial staff, but that seems to have been reduced to once per week. Whomever handles the trash... read more

I have lived here for 3 years and I have no complaints. Location is excellent and the building is gorgeous. Johnny and Mia (the property managers) are fantastic and help any time there are issues.
