I’m giving Broadbent Family Dental 2 stars because the actual dental care I received was good, and the staff during appointments were generally kind and professional. Unfortunately, my experience with billing and insurance was very frustrating. I was left with a much larger bill than I expected because my insurance was not handled clearly or effectively, and I did not feel adequately informed about the costs ahead of time. Came in for a regular cleaning and it was the easiest, most painless one I’ve ever had! The hygienist was so nice and chill, and did a really thorough job, and for the first time ever my teeth weren’t even sore afterwards. The dentist was really great too and answered any questions I had. Definitely recommend this office!
