Great gigabit fiber Internet service. Note that the only complaints are about communication from Nextlight on when its available in specific neighborhoods in Longmont. But other than that, it's hard to complain about $50/month gigabit fiber in both directions. Two big thumbs up.
It makes me miss Comcast, that's how bad it is!! Constant resets no matter how expensive routers you buy.
Great speed and service. The price is unbeatable as well. Installers are very professional and polite and do an exemplary job.

Made a mess in the area-cut pipes- started in mid-June- still working on it! What a joke- and now borrowing money that since they don't finish what they start can't be charged to customers. Plus no history on security and "fix" times should you have an issue. Secure phone lines over their community owned service- you are kidding! I've been told they are good at mitigation- is that really what you want- to have to mitigate to get them take care of damage they create? Wish they were never part of our neighborhood! Techs were super speedy setting up our service and knowledgeable about how to optimize our connection. Love calling customer service and talking to someone local without a wait!
Excellent speed, no interruptions for me thus far. Customer service has been solid and I'm paying much less than Comcast. Way to go NextLight!
My Nextlight Gig fiber was installed last week. (Phase 2) Every part of the installation & sign up was great... Including the initial placement of the fiber optic infrastructure down the street, the cable trenching in my yard, and finally the custom installation of the cable / ONT modem into my office. I installed a TV antenna last weekend and have already cut the cord with Comcast. I'm sourcing a new AC router to realize the full GIG speed potential.
