Extremely fast speeds and professional quick installation. Couldn't be happier about my service. So proud my town went first with fiber!
I really enjoyed the service at the beginning of having it. I’m almost on 2 years of service I think, but lately the internet has been going down for about half an hour once a day or so. as far as I know the modem is relatively new because we just moved into this house and got new equipment with it. If it continues I will be canceling.

Update: all is working pretty well. Will not go back to Comcast or CenturyLink. I really want to like Nextlight and it has potential, but I've called twice saying I think the modem needs to be replaced. We've run numerous speed tests, replaced cords, used two routers, and still I'm told over the phone that the modem is fine. Maybe so, but if that is the case, apparently only 30 Mbps is normal instead of 900 Mbps. We got our laptops up to 270mbps one time while he was on the phone, but immediately went back to 35mbps. Wifi is very poor. I called support and they said go buy yourself a better router instead of renting ours. I have to say century links router worked good for wifi so if you are going to need it expect to sit by their router if you want your laptop to work. And...they router you invest in may no work with their service either....just a thought.
