Nick’s presence, compassion and attunement are welcoming. He uses a holistic approach and holds safe, supportive space for me to process my layers of grief and trauma. He has helped me understand many aspects of relating with myself and others. He witnesses me with such tender awareness and empathy that it has propelled positive change within myself. He listens deeply and offers thought-provoking questions to help illuminate my path of healing and invite new perspectives.
So Nick helped me out more than I can possibly say. He brought back a level of self empowerment that I didn’t even know I was missing. It was amazing the way strengthening my “no” had such an impact on my inner world and my life. His ability to attune to me and create safety is unreal and I’m used to Hakomi, which produces superhuman levels of presence.
