Fair pricing and very honest staff, I do fully recommend this place to any and all pet owners who seek care for their dearest pet companions;)
Witnessed the veterinarian be disrespectful and cold to a customer while I was standing in line. The vet had a nasty attitude from the beginning and was unwilling to listen. Treated the young man with such disrespect that it is making me reconsider not bringing my pet to this place. We are all going through something in life, but that doesn’t give Dr Yang the right to talk down or treat people less than. Karma is real
The worst customer service I’ve experienced from the Vet Baohua Yang . I don’t know what his problem was, but he was rude and very unprofessional. Attempted to overcharge me for a fixed price on medication I’ve been getting for my dog for months. My dogs hip pops out of alignment sometimes, which causes him horrible pain.
