They treated my partner's place when the neighbors brought in some delightful bed bugs. Gave a helpful info sheet on how to prepare for the treatment and what to expect and answered all our questions. Only complaint was my partner didn't know there was a follow up, so there was some confusion around that, but it was easily sorted. Would recommend them, for the treatment of any pests you have.
We have called upon Broad Spectrum numerous times over the years and not only do they get the job done in a professional manner but they also are very knowledgeable. They are 'my go to' for any type of situation arising from pests and rodents.
Tom is very knowledgeable in all aspects of pest control. Very punctual and very thorough. Would highly recommend for all your pest control needs.
