They erased my last Review, But this is not a good place to stay! There’s car break ins Just about everyday. Stay at your own risk and see how true this is. There’s also odd people hanging around outside looking very suspicious. The rent office is lazy. So many people have moved out because of this. And cars also have been towed for no reason. This complex is so outdated. And trashy, And you pay for pest control and they never spray. So you have to buy your own bug spray. This was an horrific experience.
I can't say enough good about Dequan Wilson. He made my daughters move to broad river trace so much easier than it woukd have been. If we had an issue he fixed it. And was extremely nice and accommodating. He is a huge asset to the broad river trace apartment complex
Job relocation. So , I decieded to check out BRT Horrible experience. I book a tour at BRT. Upon arrival. The lady in the office was very unwelcoming and unprofessional. She ask me and my friend for our IDs. Then proceeds to have this funky attitude. She gave us a key to tour an apartment. I ask her do we suppose to walk to the apt. She says "No you can drive yourself". My previous apt tours at other facilities we was offered a guided tour of the complex.
