I just moved in on last Friday with the help of Ms. Angie. I absolutely love love love it here. Its very quiet, clean and spacious. I would recommend living here at Broad River Trace 100%

After living on the property for nearly two years I can say with confidence that Angie,Lynn,Kristie and the new maintenance supervisor Sage have done wonders with this property. Between letting go of staff members who didn’t take the job serious and always communicating with the residents. Glad to be living here at BRT
The management staff is accommodating and quick to respond. Great location; clean and comfortable apartment. Great at communicating with you, and is very professional.
