Enjoyed my stay with diverse amenities including gym, swimming and business Centre. With friendly staff always willing to make your stay comfortable.
I had a good experience in Broad river trace. The location itself is almost central to many facilities around Columbia city. They have good service like Business center, swimming pool, gym and walk ways. The apartments are to the good standard.
I recommend Broad River Trace. It isn't the nicest place, but it has in-unit laundry, is affordable, and I feel pretty safe here. I wish this place had a gate that secures the community, but it's tucked away enough off the main road that it feels fine. The location is really excellent too, as it is 10-15 minutes away from most places in Columbia. It is very accessible to downtown/the main USC campus, multiple Riverwalk entrances, and the zoo. I just moved in on last Friday with the help of Ms. Angie. I absolutely love love love it here. Its very quiet, clean and spacious. I would recommend living here at Broad River Trace 100%
