The receptionists, John, and Dr.Frazier took such amazing care of my situation, rescuing Gracie. They took their time with Gracie, and educated me with a hand full of necessities, without making me feel overwhelmed. They do not take advantage of you at all, financially, and I loved that!!!! They get over 5 Stars, and I highly recommend them!!!! Thank you so much John and Dr. Frazier for taking such outstanding care of Gracie!!!!! It truly means the world to me! ��
I cannot say enough good things about this place. My poor dog went through so much at a previous vet. Just the behavior of my dog when I pull up to Broad River vs. her old Vet when she would start shaking as soon as we pulled up front . She jumps right out of the car wags her tail and goes right inside. .I love how everyone come from around the corner to greet her and remembers her name she loves it. I have had my dogs cared for by the incredible people at Broad River for many years. The docs, techs and staff are caring, informative and knowledgeable. In my experience, these people have consistently gone over and above to provide the best possible care for my dogs...and it feels like family. I would not consider going anywhere else. We are lucky to have Broad River in our neighborhood!

When I think of Broad River the word CARE comes first, and how well they combine all the aspects of care. The definition of caring is displaying kindness and concern for others. The entire team at Broad River (with a special shout out to Dr. Michele Lamothe) is excellent at caring for our pets medically, but also holistically and emotionally.
