This spot use to be my favorite. Over the past 6 months it has gone way down hill. I’m not sure if the owner doesn’t care anymore or what. I had an appointment scheduled for today at 6pm. My husband was so excited because he bought it as a Mother’s Day gift. I received a text today to confirm the appointment. I showed up at 5:52 only to find the doors locked and no one answered the door or phone. Very unprofessional and shows a lack of care for customers. A simple phone call that my appointment needed to be rescheduled would have saved me a lot of time and money, as I cancelled my own appointments to get this 90 minute massage. Hi! If anyone is looking for me, I have been fired for confronting Anthony for leaving myself and my blind coworker alone with the door unlocked. I told him he can't just leave two women alone with the door unlocked, it made us feel unsafe as a man came in during the middle of my session with my client. I had to pause to help him and Anthony was nowhere to be found. Thankfully the man only wanted a gift card but given we're women with women clients, we felt very unsettled.
