Broad property sucks! More then 5 years at the park 366 in Catersville GA. I've now had no heat/AC or RUNNING WATER for 26 days. There about to get sued... They want 1400 bucks this month for rent to live in a dump. Do not move here. Tge people that live here are great. But the fact that my place has flooded 3 times in 5 years is terrible. All apartments have mold issues. They rig everything. You say to them, hey theres mold under the kitchen sink. Guess what they do to fix it!? Slap some dry wall on top.
