Does anyone answer the phone at this company or return phone calls?
I was a previous resident at Princeton Place Apartments in Albany, GA. Over the past 9 months I have been attempting to communicate with your representatives at the apartment complex to receive a refund from money that was withdrawn from my bank account. After I moved out an additional months rent was illegally withdrawn from my bank account and my security deposit was never fully refunded after I was approved for a for the refund. My Apartment complex has been closed for over 2 weeks. No contact Noone checking or responding bk to calls or emails. Then tried getting in contact with Broadmanagement & samething no answer no responding bk to emails or anything. Trying to move into a new property & they can't get a hold of anyone to do my Rental verification. So I may end up paying double security deposit. Because Noone available to contact this is Super crazy. What kinda business is this?
I work with Tidy Time Cleaning this company steals from vendors as well as the tenants. The conditions the people live in are horrible. They don’t answer phone calls or emails. We are in the middle of a lawsuit now after not being paid for work. The company can’t keep management because of the same reasons. If you are looking to stay here think twice. I have been at the peaks of mlk Atl apartments for 10yrs and every since broad management took over it’s horrible nothing gets fixed the grounds are horrible but none the less I have been without air for 6weeks and ever week he coming to u by this day only to say in the 6th week they ordered the wrong Freon really don’t move here the property has gone to the toilets
