This is THE WORST OBGYN we’ve ever dealt with. They do not answer phone calls, their staff is understaffed, whatever they tell you do the opposite. They do not think about the patient whatsoever.

Dr Broad is kind, caring, and compassionate. After two visits to two other doctors for the same issue, she is the angel that took the time to evaluate and diagnose my health issue correctly, and treat it completely, and with success! All her office staff are friendly and helpful, too! I drove quite a distance to see her (Newport Beach Office), and will continue to see her as needed. Thank you Dr Broad and staff! So sorry to be so late in writing a review (my visit with Dr Broad was Nov 2, 2022).

I love dr broad but the reception desk is just not worth it. It is completely unacceptable to ignore patients’s voicemails for seven days with time sensitive concerns. I wound up going to planned parenthood for care while I searched for another provider. It’s truly appalling how either understaffed they are or how little regard they have for their patients. Either way, they need to get it together

Very disappointed with front office staff at Newport Beach office. Hopefully different staff at Loma Linda .

Dr. Jeniffer Broad did my hystorectomy (8/13/18 at the Loma Linda surgery hospital (best hospital/ staff by far) I only met her once prior to my surgery and we talked briefly before the surgery however I found her to be personable, kind, & genuine. My surgery was a success thanks to God, and having an experience and qualified surgeon and team.
