Melanie is AMAZING. Her staff are amazing. They are personable with quick humor. But she got stuff handled fast as well! My husband and I are both thoroughly impressed with her professionalism, attentiveness, and friendliness. The nurses were also just as friendly and professional. I didnt feel like we had to go through boxing matches for answers, which I feel at a LOT of dr offices. We stated what was wrong and we were listened to. Thank you for that alone, honestly. You are appreciated so much.
Kristy Acosta is one of the best doctors/obgyn you will ever come across. She is so easy to talk to and very compassionate about her job. If your worried to have a baby here at brmc dont be. Its a beautiful facility with an awesome staff. Id give ten stars if i could.
