Visited 1338 Northwest Hoyt Street in Portland. It was quiet when I arrived, with only a few tables occupied—probably busier on game days. The pot pie was okay, though the crust was only on top. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was tight but manageable nearby. Portions felt fair for the price. The happy hour (3–6 daily) is a great deal for food and drinks. If you go, skip the pot pie and try the sliders or salads instead.
Overpriced, loud, and took over 1 hour to make a sandwich in a near empty restaurant.
Great happy hour
I was just reminded why we don’t dine here. Took 20 min to take our order, drinks came 15 minutes later, food was just ok (overcooked chicken breast on the salad), huevos rancheros with pulled pork instead of chorizo was just ok. Too many other dining options so we won’t be back.
