We stopped in Portland for the evening (our first time in Oregon) and LOVED Brix!! We were so confused why there weren’t more people, but we think it was due to the wildfires. They have a WONDERFUL all day happy hour on Monday, and we all took great advantage of that. I had the seared ahi tuna and it was GREAT! An excellent bar and restaurant! Our experience was great from start to finish. The whiskey mule was strong and tasted great. We got a pretzel for an app and it was SO good. Perfect texture, and the cheeses were excellent! I got a grilled chicken sandwich, and everything about it was A+. The chicken wasn’t dry, there was a lot of cheese, the avocado was so fresh, and the bun was toasted so nicely. My husband got the fried chicken and he loved the chicken and the gravy!
