In response to Timmi Thomas review. We advised the incoming resident that we would be happy to advertise the apartment for re rental and would release him from the contract upon a replacement lease. The resident made the decision to move in and we are marketing the apartment for re rental.
Overpriced and undersized apartment lofts with little to no storage. With a neighborhood that has a ton to offer, you can find a better option with openings and more favorable pricing. If you're on the north side of the building, you will hear the train and it is loud. Management doesn't do anything to make up for the high prices. When faced with a small and simple issue, management gets extremely defensive and will blame the tenant for the problem. Management does nothing to address noise complaints.
