In response to Timmi Thomas review. We advised the incoming resident that we would be happy to advertise the apartment for re rental and would release him from the contract upon a replacement lease. The resident made the decision to move in and we are marketing the apartment for re rental.
Overpriced apartments with very poor and difficult management. The trains at night and the noise from the surrounding units (above, below, and neighboring) is extremely loud. As some of the other reviews mention, property management offers poor service and is very rude and unhelpful despite the high expectations set by paying probably the most expensive rents in Milwaukee. Overpriced and undersized apartment lofts with little to no storage. With a neighborhood that has a ton to offer, you can find a better option with openings and more favorable pricing. If you're on the north side of the building, you will hear the train and it is loud. Management doesn't do anything to make up for the high prices. I personally cannot say enough wonderful things about Brix apartments. The loft style apartments are beautiful, tall ceilings, open floor plans, beautiful bathrooms. The apartment building itself is very well kept. The staff has always been prompt to respond to any inquiry and very accommodating to requests. I can hear neighbors only occasionally, overall from my experiences the apartment has been very quiet. The location is wonderful! Location Location Location....and more. True lofts aren't that common or normally this well designed. Very current designs. Nice Gym with great new equipment. I love that large dogs are allowed. The lounge and grass rooftop of the garage are 5 star all the way. Only moved due to life circumstances.
