This is our first visit to Brix 33 and I couldn't have been more impressed! We recently moved to Odessa from Tampa and were sort of disappointed at dining options in the area. Our server Gary was awesome recommending appetizers (the brie en croute with poached pears is amazing!) Entrees (best sea bass HANDS DOWN) and wine pairings. Restaurant partners Rich, Dan & Mark checked on us often. Rare gem in Pasco County!!
So great to have a fellow wine enthusiast to guide us. Dan is awesome. The gluten free dining is great and kudos to them for having great gluten free desserts. Flourless chocolate cake? Hell no. They have a tort that is really good. The chocolate ganache dessert, however, is amazing.
