Terrible service from Britz. Super disorganized, clearly understaffed, and when our confirmed booking was suddenly cancelled (AFTER check-in time), they completely washed their hands of the situation. We were punctual, we waited for 1h30, spent money on Ubers and campsites, and all we got was a receptionist who “helped” us but in reality gave us zero solutions. Very handy service .
我們是在Apollo租車，其實跟其他品牌是在同一個地方且同一個櫃台。我們租的車子是Apollo Euro Camper，照片上是Benz的牌子，實際上我們拿到的車子是Iveco。拿到車子的時候，服務人員並沒有帶我們到車上去看，只有給我們鑰匙，叫我們自己看app ，我們甚至不知道怎麼發動引擎，感覺很不好。後續有些車上的問題跟他們提出，也是得到自己看app的答案。他們給我們的車子其實清掃沒有很乾淨，到處是餅乾及食物屑，冰箱跟儲放工具的車廂異味很濃，且剛好遇到雪梨在下大雨，窗戶跟車頂都在漏水，雖然他們花了些時間處理，但是態度很不耐煩，是我們的問題嗎？這些問題不是該在交車給我們之前就完成？ 後續我們在墨爾本還車，當地的人員熱情，檢查仔細，我也跟他抱怨雪梨人員的態度及做事方式，他覺得很不可思議。
