This is Part II of a previous review, same issues with my AC unit. (we were waiting on the manufacturer) I got the opportunity to meet more employees that work for Britt's. The first one I want to mention is Technician Cameron. He was on time for the appointment, he explained the issue to me and worked very quickly to resolve it. 2.5 year old house that my bulder took a home warranty policy on. My ac/heater fan went bad and the warranty company assigned the repair to Brits. Logan was the tech and I can’t say enough good things about him. A new motor bad to be ordered and he rigged one up that was on his truck so that we would have heat on some unusually cold Florida nights. RecommendedI needed to replace my home AC and didn't know who to hire. I saw the Britt name and knew they had been serving Brevard for a very long time and thought, they wouldn't have such a thriving business if they weren't acceptable. As it turned out, they were phenomenal. The team was great from the start of the first phone call to the shake of the hand of the installers as my house was cooling down. I won't go anywhere else after this experience. You won't go wrong with Britt's.

AC went out on Saturday morning. Britt's Air Conditioning was available, answered my request for emergency service almost immediately scheduled same day diagnosed and replaced Fan Motor. Same day service and less than $300 Tech super friendly and very efficient Highly recommend to anyone in the local area
