This is Part II of a previous review, same issues with my AC unit. (we were waiting on the manufacturer) I got the opportunity to meet more employees that work for Britt's. The first one I want to mention is Technician Cameron. He was on time for the appointment, he explained the issue to me and worked very quickly to resolve it. 2.5 year old house that my bulder took a home warranty policy on. My ac/heater fan went bad and the warranty company assigned the repair to Brits. Logan was the tech and I can’t say enough good things about him. A new motor bad to be ordered and he rigged one up that was on his truck so that we would have heat on some unusually cold Florida nights.
