i really like dr.MALA BRITTO services and i really recommend dr. britto to my friends too.
My two sons have been seeing Dr. Britto for years. Any time they need dental work such as fillings, she has made it very easy and fast for them.
My kids have been coming since they were 1 year old and they love coming to see Dr Mala Britto every 6 months. She is kind, patient and very good at her profession. If there were more stars I would give her more.
We are going to Dr.Britto since my child was 11 months old & now she is 6 years old. We love the office ,Very friendly people & GREAT Dr.She loves & treats my child like hers & this is the most important thing I do care about !!!!
We switched from another dentist provider to Dr. Britto at the recommendation of another parent and have been very happy. Dr. Britto takes the time to explain the treatment plan and process not just to the parents but to the kids as well to calm down their nerves or fears despite being extremely busy herself. It's the details and the explanations that we find reassuring and comforting.
Dr.Britto was great with my daughter at her monthly check up, she is so sweet and very knowledgeable. We love the new Woodbridge!
My daughter, age 5, had 5 cavities. We wanted to avoid sedation for personal reasons. Dr. Britto was very understanding & patient, even though it took four visits to get the work done. She & the staff did so much to work with our situation, balancing the need to get the work done, but still being attentive to my daughter & our wishes--that meant so much to me since I hate seeing her upset, but concurrently knew she had to get her teeth fixed. Thank you so much 4 taking care of her (& me!)
My 5 year old son was terrified to go to the dentist. I tried 5 different dentists all ending in tears and increased fear. Finally a friend told me about Dr. Britto. I can't believe how wonderful our experience has been. Dr. Britto is wonderful with children. My son was finally able to get all of the dental work done that he desperately needed and not one single tear! He is actually excited to come back. I will never go anywhere else.
Dr. Britto is a solid Dentist and has good dental assistants working with her but on the administrative end she employees a terrible Office Manger with an attitude an entrust her to train and manage her staff, therefore, she currently has an untrained front desk office not equipped to handle billing and/or inquiries in general or deal with customers and patients in a professional environment.
