A/C went out during a series of 100+ degree days. I called and John showed up in a couple of hours. He immediately diagnosed the problem. The part had to be shipped and they helped get it expedited. In less the 24 hours the part arrived and they where back and had the A/C fixed. I couldn't have asked for anything more. Highly recommend!
I bought the best unit they could offer. It has worked like a champ. After 3 months on a Sunday afternoon the wall control went dark and everything stopped. Jon was here within about 20 minutes. He checked the unit and rebooted it. He showed me how to do that as well. It was working perfectly and he was on his way, all within 40 minutes of me leaving a voicemail. Great company to work with. Jon helped me select and install a heat pump in 2022. I picked Jon both because the estimate was reasonable, and because I liked the way he patiently explained things and didn't try to pressure us into anything the way some of the other companies I got estimates from did. It was a tough install due to space constraints in my older house and he worked magic to get it done. He and the heat pump have been awesome since then, too.
