Set an appointment on their website for the afternoon, got a pleasant call from them within about 30 minutes to confirm and get some info from me. Jon came out right on time, checked my ac found the issue, fixed it, gave me a quick education on my setup and some much needed advice on personal maintenance as well as some things to take care of to ensure good working order.
