Great company to work with. Jon helped me select and install a heat pump in 2022. I picked Jon both because the estimate was reasonable, and because I liked the way he patiently explained things and didn't try to pressure us into anything the way some of the other companies I got estimates from did. It was a tough install due to space constraints in my older house and he worked magic to get it done. He and the heat pump have been awesome since then, too. Set an appointment on their website for the afternoon, got a pleasant call from them within about 30 minutes to confirm and get some info from me. Jon came out right on time, checked my ac found the issue, fixed it, gave me a quick education on my setup and some much needed advice on personal maintenance as well as some things to take care of to ensure good working order.
