The dealer contacted me quickly and I attempted to view the car on a Thursday evening, but since the whether was bad he advised that we come back on Friday. On Friday I took off work early, got a baby-sitter and began the drive to Loganville with my wife. I attempted to call him to see if everything was in order but couldn't get through. In response to this customer, the customer was asked to call us first thing the next morning to make arrangements to view this vehicle, they contacted us around 4:30 p.m. that next day saying that they were on the way. Another buyer had made arrangements and purchased the vehicle before we heard from this customer . We pride ourselves on on our customer service and was truly embarrassed by this comment as we try our hardest to be as straight forward as possible.
