My review is from a slightly different perspective, as I'm a mortgage banker who often works with Mrs. Vicente. I can tell you that not only is she a good Realtor, she is a SHOCKINGLY good Realtor. She knows how to price her listings in order to make her clients the most money; and because she knows the listing side so well, she obviously knows how to negotiate hard for her clients who are buying. I only met Brittney through online so I had no idea what to expect when we met. She was AWESOME! So helpful and willing to help. We love our new condo in St. Pete and she gave me great ideas for stores to purchase furniture and places to go since we are from out of town. She offered to let vendors in since I wasn’t there. Above and beyond! I would recommend Brittney to everyone! She makes it so easy!
