I waited two hours on the phone and when they answered they hung up
Absolute worst place to get a mortgage. Avoid at all costs. They will hit you with fee after fee that are 100% unwarranted. BUYER BEWARE!!
Horrible customer service. It would seem like no one has a clue what is going on in a different department. Talk to a different representative every single time and have to wait on hold for 10-15 minutes before you can even speak to someone, to find out they can't assist you. I have been told information only to be found out that it's false. This company is a joke!
