RecommendedEasy to book and get your gear. Everything was sprayed with disinfectant before we used it and masks were required on shore, so very safe from COVID-19.
Everyone is really trying to keep the experience safe, and it is wonderful to be able to get out on the water so close to downtown.
Props to the wonderful staff at Brittingham for always having a good attitude and excellent customer service!
Brittingham Boats has visible cleaning of their boats, a hand washing station for patrons, social distancing measures, attentive staff and a variety of paddle boats to choose from. Efficient operation, reasonable prices and thoroughly enjoyable experience!

I've only booked kayaks but really enjoying going out on the water. The staff is wonderful and is amazing at keeping up on disinfecting after each use. So happy I purchased a membership.
They were very concerned with safety due to COVID-19 and I was happy to see all staff and most patrons wearing masks and maintaining social distance. Additionally, there were clean pens to use, social distance markings for any lines, and then thorough cleaning of the kayak, paddle and life vest following use. I will definitely be visiting again!
Renting a kayak or paddle board is fast, easy, safe, and so fun! I finally bought a membership this summer, and it's THE BEST.
We had a great time kayaking! Great experience! helpful staff!
