DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY: Very inadequate property appraisal. Comparable sales used were a year old even though there were similar properties sold in 2016 in close proximity to appraised home. The appraised value was not even in the ballpark of what houses are valued in my area. Contacted Britt Rosen, we had several discussions and he, basically, went out of his way to find reasons to justify the inadequate appraisal.
