Called ahead to verify insurance prior to scheduling an appointment that was 3 months out. Appointment was reconfirmed a week ahead of time. Arrived to appointment and was told my insurance was not accepted. Very poor communication and a waste of time.
If only I could leave a 0 star cause 1 star is too high!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!! I had a first time appointment at 8 am with Brittany who is NOT my regular doctor but decided to go ahead and see her since the time worked good for me an my work schedule. I recently moved to the area and unfamiliar with the school buses and traffic although I left early and don’t live far away. I managed to get caught in traffic jam by a few school buses. Brittany was very thorough with our son’s first checkup and she follows up and is responsive.
Brittany is awesome. I felt like I was talking with a friend about my health concerns as I approach my 40th birthday. She listened to all my concerns and I never felt rushed.
everyone at this location in was very professional, caring and understanding, including Brittany (and the other Brittany). Exceptional care for me as a person - not a patient !!
