they have a 24 hour maintenance for what reason idk because they wont come out unless its office hours lenda the manager of the place said your air going out in the summertime isnt a 24 hour maintenance issue so good luck staying there (ps ac units always go out over there)
"Disappointing experience with this apartment complex. They mishandled a misdelivered Amazon package and, worse, gave it to someone they knew without verifying ownership. When I tried to resolve the issue, they showed no interest in correcting the problem. Lack of accountability and questionable ethics. Not recommended for those valuing reliable service and fairness."
My sister lives here and she loves it. This is a very nice and quiet neighborhood. The neighbors are really nice and the apartment complex is always really clean. They even have a courtesy officer that’s really nice and friendly.
I've been living at this apartment complex for a few months now, and overall, it's been a positive experience. What prompted me to leave this review was how management handled my first real issue here. While the situation wasn’t management's fault—they can’t control how other tenants act—they handled it with professionalism and care.
