We have lived at Brittany Park apartments 10 months now. This is the THIRD time we have had issues with apartment flooding. When I came home from work today this is what I stumbled in to. I have lived at a few other complexes at this point and never have I had this many issues. When I called maintenance to report it was flooding they did not come over right away. They took their time. You'll be in for big surprises when you move out. You will never see your security deposit plus they will add additional cost for "Normal" wear and tear. They want your money so they can update the apartment.
Going in is a sign that says there is surveillance in the complex. Well my girlfriend car had all 4 tires stolen, and they said it's only cameras for the Clubhouse. They never followed up with us or the Sheriff to look at tapes of who came in/out around the time. Horrible Management there who don't care about any illegal activity that goes on as long as it isn't at the clubhouse. I don't recommend this place.
Horrible place to live. Been here a while. Manager is a rude bitch. They don't give a crap about the residents who have respect when others are being disrespectful. I wouldn't recommended anyone move here. Moving out soon and can't wait
