Ive lived in this community for 5+ years and Ronit is absolutely the best. She always goes above and beyond to make sure her tenants are taken care of. This is an old building and not immune from issues; while I can’t blame her for things breaking down, I have to give her and the property management company credit for always being there and making sure that tenants are taken care of. I lived at Brittany House from August 2016 to August 2017 and I had such a great experience. Ronit and Brian are some of the most genuine and accommodating people I have ever met. I was always well taken care of by them. My apartment was a one bedroom, with plenty of storage, nice appliances and W/D in-unit. I never heard my neighbors through the wall and everyone in the building is always friendly and happy. I found a unit in Boulevard 99(416 101st Ave SE Apt 107 Bellevue, WA 98004) managed by Brittany House Associates Inc and had really bad experience when I try to rent a 1b/1b in this apartment. The property manager is a lady first name starts with R from Brittany House Apartments. She told me first come first serve so if I don't want apply please tell her.
