Disgusting, when you drive in this place you have to drive through a gauntlet of smokers that are supposed to be off the property but think the end of the driveway is, but it's not. They're still on the property and they stand and stare whether you're coming or going. The manager and her husband seem to be there constantly. If you want to live in place that makes even guests uncomfortable this is the spot for you. Update: they have a large feral cat problem living under the unscreaned vent of at least one of their buildings.... read more
The on-sight managers are amazing! They care about their job, they are always maintaining the grounds, they make sure to watch whose coming and going. You feel safe living here and if you need anything you can always connect with Alison. Chris is great too and they work very well as a team! My apartment was freshly maintained, everything worked, I was able to move in in the middle of the month and everything was prorated perfectly. I lived here for almost 2 years. Alison is a great manager!! I only had I think 1 maintenance request during living there and she handled it right away. Alison & Shane are on top of keeping the apartments safe 24/7. Thank you Alison & Shane!!
