I live in one of the poorly renovated apartments. Myself and my room mate have spoken to management on more than one occasion about the upstairs neighbors stomping from 3:30 In the morning til whenever these fools sleep. Office Mangers responses were you're adults you need to take care of it. LOL will be happy when my lease is up and I move by myself to a different state. Maintenance is VERY slow to respond to issues signed a lease at the end of September it took them til March to get the window fixed that was cracked, place... read more
Literally the worst apartments I've ever been in, sewage was backing up out of my sinks before I moved out and now they're trying to charge us for it even though we called maintenance as soon as we found out. Had a puddle in the shower while showering the entire time I lived there. They also lost our lease and our rent. I will never recommend anyone to live in this shit hole
I have lived here for around 4 years and I love it too .. I might just stay her forever Trish Annie love you guys the maintenance is always on top of things as well everything is clean there is cute little pool clean ..and really nice residents and neighbors!!
I have been here over 4 years and love it. Trish and Annie are great and the maintenance team is prompt and friendly! This is the first place I would recommend to anyone looking for an apartment! !
Love it here at The Brittany! I have lived here for a few years and I love calling this place " Home Sweet Home". Any time we need something fix ( which is not too often ) or we have questions, Annie and Trish are all over it. So prompt. They really make it a great place to live. I love these apartments after over 4 years of this being my home. They are clean and well kept for their age and are well worth the price for the sizes. The management and maintenance staff are very nice and the entire complex is like a tight knit community with friendly neighbors.
I have lived at the Brittany Apartments for almost 8 years. I love it because it's home. I have befriended lots of great people in my time there, and made many memories. Management is great, and has always been there in any way we needed for my significant other and I. Its been a happy 8 Years at the Brittany. P.s. the swimming pool and summer atmosphere is awesome!
