I've been living here five years and we've had five managers! Since under new management, I must admit it's a better place to live. I have had no trouble from neighbors and they fix things right away. Nice place for what you pay! Keep your rent receipts, they will try to recharge you for rent you have already paid!
Brittany is a wonderful place to live. When I move in the walls were freshly painted, the apartment was cleaned, the carpet was cleaned and the tile flooring was nice and shinny. Anytime I put in a maintenance request someone os out that day or at the latest the next morning to solve my issue. Before I moved in I was shown the exact apartment I am now living in. If you are looking for a good place to live and raise you family like myself check Brittany out.
