Horrible place to live. This place seems determined to rob poor college kids and newly married couples. My son lived there for a few months, and while there, his wife showed signs of being allergic to mold. So, he tested the place for mold, it came back very positive. When he brought this up with the property manager, shannon, she became very defensive, got her own handyman to test it and of course his test came back as negative for mold. Overall great place to live. We recently had a taco night with music, homemade tortillas, and games. One of the workers, Alan, mc’d part of the night and was able to comedically bring a real sense of community. It was a really fun and chill activity. Hats off to whoever came up with it.
I lived at the Brittany from September 2024 to June 2025 and was pretty disappointed with my time here. I can confidently say I would never recommend living here. Apartments have cinderblock walls, cheap amenities, gross carpet, and rickety kitchen cabinets. The most disappointing part is the management of these properties. You will be charged for e v e r y t h i n g that you do or don’t do.
