Don't live at these dumpy apartments. My Daughter has lived there 2 years now. The units are very small and outdated. No matter how much you clean, they still ding you and charge you for cleaning fees. The carpets are old. The bathrooms are nasty. They desperately need s paint job. Plus they smell old. I personally helped clean my daughters apartment and inspected everything after she was done. I used to be a a janitor, so I know how to clean. They still charged her cleaning fees. My daughter reserved the main rec room for h... read more

I lived here in 2017, and they were super outdated back then. A big reason I wouldn’t recommend these apartments back when we were doing some sort of inspection or something, I was having a conversation with the property manager who asked me if I was planning on renewing my lease. I decided to move out of state so I told her no. The microwave and dishwasher are from the 60s and the carpet and floor is bad. The chairs and desks are flimsy and uncomfortable. The AC is loud and doesn’t cool down evenly. Some of the window blinds are unusable and the closets, cabinets, and drawers need fixing. Also the door doesn’t seal tightly ... read more

The apartment is pretty decent and not far from campus, but they charge for mare that it is worth in my opinion.

As of 2023-2024 internet and misc other utilities are $20 each and electricity and gas costs are divided between tenants. There is a $4 "utility administration" fee and a $1.95 "convenience" fee for paying rent online. This adds up to $45.95 plus electricity and gas which never went below $20/month. Insulation isn't great so gas and electric can get pretty pricey, especially in the winter. (In the winter there was condensation dripping down the walls. Management said to mop it up with towels.) There are also two carpet clean... read more
