It’s okay for the price, but it was way better a few years ago. I came here because I heard good things about management and the living situation a while back, but since being here it’s been disappointing to say the least. Cleaning checks are abnormally brutal compared to other places I’ve been in, but the place is so old that it’s covered in grime. I would not recommend living at the Brittany. The location is okay (depending on where you spend most of your time on campus), the bedrooms are larger than average, and there is a lot of closet space and other cabinetry (beds are built into the floor though, so don't expect to be able to loft it and store anything large). The pool is also okay (ugly but not disgusting), but there is no hot tub or anything open during the school year so that's a perk only for the summer. I lived at the Brittany from September 2024 to June 2025 and was pretty disappointed with my time here. I can confidently say I would not recommend living here. Apartments have cinderblock walls, cheap amenities, gross carpet, and rickety kitchen cabinets. The most disappointing part is the management of these properties. You will be charged for e v e r y t h i n g that you do or don’t do. Horrible place to live. This place seems determined to rob poor college kids and newly married couples. My son lived there for a few months, and while there, his wife showed signs of being allergic to mold. So, he tested the place for mold, it came back very positive. When he brought this up with the property manager, shannon, she became very defensive, got her own handyman to test it and of course his test came back as negative for mold.
