They harassed me by calling all the time to try and convince me I didn't send a notice and can't move out. So glad I had my email to prove them wrong! The maintenance was a joke too. Their office staff will steal your mail if not their address..ive had 2 packages accidently sent their..both times somehow lost...
Posted about 5 months ago with many complaints and its been the same ever since. Completely disorganized, cheap renovations, bad communication, management is only trying to get your funds. Posted on Facebook in December about the broken washer on my floor, received a response bring and early this morning that it would be fixed today and I come home to the same broken washer....but they did paint half the hallways, carpet and ceiling....I get your trashing the carpet but maybe keep it somewhat nice for your current tenants.
