I haven't taken any vehicle of mine anywhere else for as long as I can remember. Yesterday they changed the oil just past my 300,000th mile. Do I know they make profit? Yes. Do I know there are other lube joints? Yes. Could I do it myself? Yes. Will I ever change up? No!!! They got the best guys, give the best service, treat everyone like a valued person. And local boys to boot! Only the best for me...
Got there early in morning and line was long but the wait was not. They got through everyone rather quickly and service was excellent!
Always top notch service!!! Shop small and support your community. 10 times better than the stealerships around here.
I enjoyed going into a shop where they remember who I am. They provide quick quality service and the convenience of the carwash right next door is an added bonus!
Every single time I come here, I marvel at what a well-oiled machine (pardon the pun) these guys are. I am never there longer than about 25 minutes, usually closer to 20 max. They're so nice and it's pretty great that they include a car wash in the price. Seriously great service and I can't say enough about how nice everyone is!!!!!!!!!!!!
Kept me waiting for hours and didn't do my oil change
I highly recommend them! I went there yesterday after I had my oil changed somewhere else the day before and my oil pressure light went on. They were so nice and took there time to try to figure out what was wrong. At the end they recommended a mechanic they trusted. Sadly I need a new engine:-( BUT John did not charge me. If you want the best and honest service Brittain's is the place to go!
