Worse property management ever! – The entire staff is extremely unprofessional, rude and lazy. Everyone I've dealt with so far have not been helpful at all. They all talk to you in a very condescending manor. The agent in charge of my rental was always on lunch or away, regardless of time of day.

Terrible Customer Service – I had contacted Brittian Commercial to view an apartment. An agent answered and was really unprofessional. She tried correcting me on an apartment that I was interested in. We cleared that up real fast. Also their ad stated that there was hardwood throughout, NOT. No return call about rental – After 2 tries I gave up trying to get info on an apartment for rent. If they don't return call to potential renters, the service for existing renters my be atrocious.

You can do better – The property itself is okay, but the service is terrible. When I moved in, the unit wasn't clean--whoever did the check didn't bother to look in the bathroom, which was covered in black mold. It wasn't exactly hard to spot, either. It was all over the tile. I also waited three weeks for plumbing repairs and had to call repeatedly. It was the worst service I have ever received from any apartment complex.

Shame on you Brittain Commercial – If youre looking for the absolute worst landlord imaginable, sign a lease with these folks! Theyre rude, theyre unprofessional, they send you 3 day notices montly although you comply w/ the terms of your lease agreement, and worst of all they dont appologize when they screw up. Lord oh mighty help the person who has to deal w/ these fools. Brittain Commercial- Terrible Customer Service – I was told by a Crystal in June of 07 that she cannot cash a check if it is dated past the 6th of each month. They can only accept money orders. I went to corporate the next day and paid with a money order. I was told to come and pick up the check it will be in my file. I have not found the time to pick it up and when I checked my bank records, they ended up cashing the check.
