Very caring and not rushed. Makes every patient feel as though she has time for them and looks into every resource she can to help.
Every visit I have had with Dr Czapla has been wonderful. She always seems to have all the time in the world for me. Very caring and attentive.

Dr Madrid has been my primary physician for @30 years. From the beginning I have been impressed with his intelligence and kind caring manner. He will be my doctor until the day I no longer need a doctor.
Doctor Czapla is smart, sharp and works to find out the problem. She is quiet & seeks the answers. She cares, is constantly listening, & her brain is inputting every word. She is a no nonsense person & wants to find the solution. I think she is really a great doc. Not a "wait & put off person. She isn't demonstrative. This might make her patients wonder at times but, I believe,a she is ALL OUT for her patients.
An amazing doctor! This lady cares about her patients and it shows. She's extremely knowledgeable and therefore can help much more. I would recommend Dr. Welsh to those needing an all around great physician.
Dr. Seppi is a very knowledgeable doctor but is in need of a great deal of improvement in how she communicates with her patients. She comes off as cold and intolerant, and makes one feel as if the appointment was not necessary. I have seen her a few times and her demeanor is always the same. The rest of the staff there, however, is wonderful and I give them all a five-star rating.
Dr. Welsh was dead set on believing that I was maligning and refused to take me seriously. She abandoned me in the exam room while I was crying after she rolled her eyes at me and dismissed my incredibly worrying symptoms. After seeing specialists in LA, in turned out I had the exact genetic condition and related autonomic disorder I suspected I did after doing my own research. Her advice would have made me worse.
Competent and knowledgeable, I found Dr. Seppi to be quite helpful. She listens and communicates very well. I am happy I found her and her nurse assistant Laurel Carpenter.
