Dr Czapla took an appointment with me as a 'semi-emergency' patient when my regular doctor was not available to look at some badly bruised toes which I thought might be broken. Her diagnosis was correct; not broken-confirmed with an X-ray. Her treatment was very professional, thorough and detailed. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone.
Very judgmental. I felt awful when I left. New to Grand Junction and I’m finding it difficult to find a medical doctor accepting new patients. I’m feeling very stuck.
I had the most horrible experience! Doctor Czapla didn't even treat me like a person. In the midst of trying to explain my pain, she told me that the numbness in my fingers wouldn't be caused by the excruciating pain that was happening in the middle of my back. Feeling like she wasn't taking me serious, like I was there just to get pain pills. I started to tear up cause I was in a lot of pain. She made me feel dumb for feeling the pain I was experiencing. As I am crying, and trying to communicate with her what my problem is ... read more
Every visit I have had with Dr Czapla has been wonderful. She always seems to have all the time in the world for me. Very caring and attentive.
Doctor Czapla is smart, sharp and works to find out the problem. She is quiet & seeks the answers. She cares, is constantly listening, & her brain is inputting every word. She is a no nonsense person & wants to find the solution. I think she is really a great doc. Not a "wait & put off person. She isn't demonstrative. This might make her patients wonder at times but, I believe,a she is ALL OUT for her patients.
Dr. Seppi is a very knowledgeable doctor but is in need of a great deal of improvement in how she communicates with her patients. She comes off as cold and intolerant, and makes one feel as if the appointment was not necessary. I have seen her a few times and her demeanor is always the same. The rest of the staff there, however, is wonderful and I give them all a five-star rating.
Competent and knowledgeable, I found Dr. Seppi to be quite helpful. She listens and communicates very well. I am happy I found her and her nurse assistant Laurel Carpenter.
She has by far been the worse doctor I have ever seen. No bedside manner and no compassion or care for sick patients. She is obviously not in the business to help people.
If I could leave a negative number of stars, I would! Without going into detail, I am truly concerned she may kill me with her wreckless treatment. I was diagnosed two years ago with a very common treatable condition and today I am worse off than the day i was diagnosed. My symptoms were disregarded and i was diagnosed by one of her associates. Her assistants routinely dispense bad medical advice ie: recommend otc that interact with prescriptions. Or reviewing labs Seppi has not yet seen
