Great Doctor Dr. Taylor is very patient, kind and caring. You never feel rushed or that there is a question that can't be answered. Takes time to explain issues and follow up care. Highly recommended, as are all the doctors at Baptist Primary Care.
I will never recommend him to anyone. I was there losing a lot weight went down 5 sizes in pants and having bad diarrhea and for 30 days he told me I was depressed and then wanted to bargain with me to get a colonoscopy told me if I did this he would do that. What doctors wants to bargain thank God my insurance did not require me to have a referral to have it done And when he found out I had it down he said “I didn’t order that” I said No my insurance is great I didn’t need a referral he was mad. Turns out my esophagus is cl... read more
Staff is always pleasant and punctual. Dr. Taylor is great. Knowledgeable and always takes time to answer questions and seems to truly care.
Very helpful and a great listener! Seems to know his stuff when it comes to medicine. Took his time with me. My whole family sees him now!
Dr Taylor is ok, about average. However, his staff leaves a lot to be desired. Anytime you need a Rx refilled, you are caught in a revolving door between the pharmacy saying "we requested it" and Taylor's staff saying, "we sent it to the pharmacy. Without exception, every refill of my diabetic meds was like this...several iterations of finger pointing back and forth and weeks without meds before resolution. I know for a fact the pharmacy is making the request. My phone app shows me the communications they send. Trying my luc... read more
He attempted to treat my sinus infection TWICE by telling me to buy Flonase and Zycam over the counter. His other stock answer is an inhaler sample that he has a nurse explain how to use. After five months of the infection and bronchitis, while waiting to request Amoxicillin, I overheard him direct the patient in the next room to the same three medications! I then went to an ENT doctor (mentioned by his nurse) who examined my sinuses, prescribed the Amoxicillin I needed, and further treatment to cure my months-long sinus iss... read more
I was diagnosed with ovarian cancer in 2013. If Dr. Taylor had not sent me to a specialist for my UTI it would not have been found. It is called the "silent killer" for a reason. He has always been very good at listening and treating me.
I tend towards natural medicine as much as possible, once when I mentioned acupuncture he snickered and turned and walked out of the room.
Signed in at 9:20 for 9:30 appointment, checked at 10:05, was crossed off as a NO SHOW. Sat there for absolutely nothing. I WILL NOT EVER RETURN TO THIS OFFICE.
