She is not pleasant at all! Never knocked before entering the room, never introduced herself, made me feel rushed and never had any answers for any of my concerns. Instead, she named every flaw on my skin that I already knew I had that is not a risk but yet mades me feel ugly!

The staff is very pleasant and professional. Any questions i had, they took the time to answer. Dr. Kimmins is so nice and down to earth. She explained my issue and what my options were and made me feel at ease. I was very satisfied with the results of the procedure.
