Very professional and responsible company. Installation of the blinds were quick but accurate. After some time of use I have gotten some questions about the remote control. Even I have offered to explain to me over the phone, Carlos still showed up the very next day and got everything fixed and explained by himself. Very professional. Highly recommend

Carlos and the team were a pleasure to work with! We hired them to install curtains & rods we had ordered on our own. Scheduling was quick and efficient (even accommodating us in their schedule for the same week when they were already booked up). Orlando arrived on time and was very precise with his measurements and made sure we were completely satisfied with his work before leaving. My husband and I wanted window treatments for one bedroom of the house. We contacted BOI and Carlos showed up, well informed, with plenty of experience under his belt and a galore of options. We loved BOI so much we ended up doing the whole house, in some areas drapes and, roller shades in others. He worked with our budget and the whole experience was exceptional. Always on time and the installation was perfect and very fast.
Carlos arrived and in a short amount of time we felt like he was part of the family. He helped us in all of the decision making: from picking the right window covering to the color selection. After that, he made sure we were updated on the ETA for all of the jobs. We started only with our guest room in mind but after seeing the quality we ended up doing the entire house!
